Aprexx does not archive your content
Aprexx does not maintain a history or database of your documents or presentations in the cloud. In Cloud Managed mode, the content required to complete the requested operation may remain in operational caches for up to 24 hours after its last use. Providers may retain limited records for security or abuse prevention under their published terms.
You choose where content is processed
Cloud Managed, BYOK, or Local AI: choose the level of control that fits your organisation. When you select Local AI, the content used for generation remains on your device.
