The activity is carried out as a sole trader. No company has been incorporated and there is therefore no entry in the Commercial Register. Should a company be incorporated in the future to continue the activity, it will be stated on this same page. References to “Nereodata” in this notice designate the owner identified above, who operates under that trade name.

Aprexx is offered exclusively to companies, professionals, public administrations and other entities acting within their professional or business activity. It is not directed at consumers.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The owner identified in the previous section, operating under the trade name Nereodata, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights for the Aprexx software, as well as the elements contained on its website (including but not limited to: images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.).

All rights reserved. Pursuant to Article 17 of the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, which reserves the exclusive exercise of exploitation rights to the author, and to Articles 18 to 20, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the authorization of Nereodata, is expressly prohibited. This reservation does not affect the presentations and other results that each customer generates with Aprexx: rights over those are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the service.

3. Liability for this website

This section concerns the website only. Nereodata prepares its contents with due care, but does not warrant that they are free from errors or omissions, nor that the portal will be available without interruption, and is not liable for damage arising from those circumstances or from the transmission of malicious programs, having adopted reasonable technical measures to prevent it. This limitation does not extend to cases in which the law does not permit liability to be excluded or limited.

Liability arising from the provision of the Aprexx service and application is not governed here: it is governed by its Terms and Conditions and by the applicable order or contract.

Nereodata may modify the presentation, configuration and contents of this website without prior notice. Modifications to the Aprexx application and to contracted services are governed by the Terms and Conditions, which provide for prior information and, where the change is material, fresh acceptance.

Should this website contain links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Nereodata does not exercise control over those sites or their contents, and assumes no responsibility for them.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Relationships arising from the use of this website are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules. The contractual relationship with Aprexx customers is governed by its Terms and Conditions.
