Frequently asked questions
What uses capacity?
Every slide Aprexx generates, including slides you regenerate to refine the result, and every new image created by AI. Your own images do not use capacity. Previously generated images remain in your library and can be reused without using capacity again. Editing, exporting, reopening a document and the number of people working on it do not use capacity either.
What happens if we stop using Aprexx?
You keep everything. Your model is yours: documented, reviewable and exportable. So are the images you have generated. Presentations are native PowerPoint files: they can be opened, edited and presented without us. There is nothing to migrate and nothing to rescue.
What if I need more volume?
Add a capacity block from the application, effective immediately and without sales involvement. If you unexpectedly exceed capacity in a given month, we will let you know and resolve it with you before it affects your work. You will never receive an unexpected bill.
